Davood Maeili observes urban spaces and social realities at the meeting point of documentary, editorial and fine art photography. His images consider memory, loss and lives lived at the margins.

An Iranian photographer based in Paris, he trained in industrial design, developing a precise eye for composition. He has collaborated with AFP and Middle East Images and exhibited his work in Paris.
