Reza Dormishian

Reza Dormishian’s work engages with the realities of his time. His independent films have been screened at international festivals including the Berlinale, Karlovy Vary, Tokyo and Shanghai, and recognised by the Asia Pacific Screen Awards.

Painting extends his cinematic world. Through it, he explores other ways of looking at the world, carrying the same attention to human and social tensions from one medium to another.
